just finished baking 16 loaves of zucchini bread. while i was back east no one harvested my zucchini, SO they grew to monstrous proportions. i was able to make all 16 loaves of bread from just one zucchini! :)anyone want a loaf? please say you do! i can't eat them all by myself!! seriously though..who wants one?
