it's become a regular occurrence for irv and i to go see the
lakers and
bulls play once a year - whether we're in la or chicago.
unlike
last year, we didn't really have time to stop anywhere to eat before the game. so i ended up with a veggie burger from inside
staples. i was pleasantly surprised at what i found..."eating is not a spectator sport, dig in!"
last night, kobe surpassed
kareem to become the second highest scoring laker of all time :)
lakers won! i was happy. but irv? not so much. but then after our stop at
la live and as we were leaving he spotted
taj gibson and was able to meet him, so i think that kinda made up for the loss :)
