things i learned: i liked the tofu banh mi from the nom nom truck waaay more than i thought i would! i am in love with lake street creamery ice cream!! and i really need to go food truck hunting more often.

the lake st creamery truck looks SO good! i like their truck too, cute. i'm glad you liked the nom nom truck. i'd be skeptical of tofu banh mi as well.
have you been to downtown art walk? the streets are saturated with a variety of trucks. that's where i usually go for my food truck fixes. it's every first thursday of the month in case you didn't know already :)

i was a HUGE fan of nom nom's tofu bánh mì!! i was famished and it hit the spot! unfortunately i wasn't able to try lake street bc i was too full afterward (crazy, i know right?!). too much intellegentsia and goodies from urbanic!
hmm..i'm thinking we should go food trucking together. i know my bro would be IN for sure (he's talked about it before haha)!
