is it really thursday already? i don't know about you, but this week flew by for me!
i've been trying to keep myself extra busy lately. unfortunately those quite moments with nothing to do or think about aren't as enjoyable for me {right now at least} as they used to be.
one of my brother's friends recently contacted me about doing a quick photo shoot of her sister's daughter and i have to say, it was difficult {to say the least} for me to see one of dustin's friends, but i'm glad it happened. it was also nice to have that buffer that looking through a lens creates. sometimes i really like that my camera becomes a sort of security blanket that i can hide behind if i want.
needless to say, once i started shooting i couldn't help but smile, she's just adorable.

Tawny you stole my idea!!! Well not really, but I'm shooting someone in an apple orchard tomorrow. But it's an adult, and no oranges...so it's barely different.
