a couple of weeks ago i had an unexpected opportunity to have a lunch date with the musician priscilla ahn. before meeting her i had never really listened to her music that much - only heard my friends rave about her. and now i can't stop listening to her! not only is her music amazing and refreshing, but she's down to earth and a super cool person. if you haven't listened to her before i highly recommend that you do so now!

something or someone ate the leaves off all of my squash and zucchini plants that i've been trying to grow for the past three weeks. i think its the little bunnies that run around my yard at night. i think they're cute. but not when they chomp on the plants i'm trying to grow :|

it really works.

i've been praying a lot lately. the past week or so i feel like god has really been answering my prayers - and then some. blessings, opportunities and friendships have been coming in the most unexpected ways.

it's a new month and big changes are on they're way. i can feel them, they've already started and i'm excited.
