midnight snack.

so for some odd reason i was really, really craving a snickers today. so, while writing my research paper for english i decided to go get one from the vending machine. sadly, after checking all the vending machines in the dorm i was still snickerless.

so i asked mello to take me to the gas station to get one. we drove to speedway and you'll never guess what happened next...they were all out of snickers! how does something like that happen?! haha.

so we went down the road to BP. to my delight i found a snickers. satisfaction at last. now if i could only finish this paper and get some sleep.

earth day.

i hope your earth day was as amazing as mine was.
the concert on the steps...the eco rally in the seminary chapel...it was all wonderful. im glad to see changes happening.

i love this polaroid. vanja, and anyone who helped her, the background and the sign are amazing, i love it. notice [even though you can't tell] heather and i are sporting our village green preservation society pins. matthew where is yours? you're ready, i know you're ready...i've trained you well.

crunch time.

and so the last week of classes begins. it still hasn't sunk in and i think its going to take awhile for it to sink in - then end of the semester is here!

things left to do before finals week:

1. 1 hr 15 min presentation - for marketing management [by myself! pray for me. im nervous].
   
2. historical interview with don may
   
3. english research paper [10 pgs.]
   
4. code final layout for web design
   
5. layout, print, and put together my portfolio

why does the end always have to be so bittersweet?

cheesecake factory.

lucky for me pat decided that he needed to go home this weekend. so that meant that i got to go and see irv! it was a short trip, but nonetheless it was worth it.

after church neil and irene treated us to lunch at cheesecake. i hadn't been there in a really long time, everything was soo good. 

we got the factory appetizer favorites, it came with 8 different appetizers. it was amazing.

 




irv and i also shared a tossed salad and the four cheese pasta.





irv and i got the new pistachio chocolate cheesecake. we had to take it to go and i actually haven't eaten it yet....i think i might go do that right now...

polaroids.

due to the nagging from a certain matthew park i am finally posting the polaroids from the gallery. enjoy!

laker fever.

last night the lakers became the western conference champions! #1 seed in the west and home-court advantage throughout the conference playoffs. who did they beat you ask? the sacramento kings! and thats what made the win that much sweeter, they blew away the kings [i despise them]. but the lakers? i love them!

beatrice left today. =/ so sad. she'll be back here in the fall though! she decided to come to andrews next year...shes gonna be a photo and design kid! im so excited for her. too bad i won't be here, i won't admit it but some people think im getting old. well beatrice i'm glad you came to visit, it was fun. i will be seeing you this summer. =]

tosi run.

this morning i went to tj's with matchew, we met nunz, ellen, ben, karen, and aaron there. i was extra sleepy and not so hungry so i didnt eat, but i did enjoy some laughs. vanja and ammi joined us later. sadly i didn't have my camera or else there would be photos. =/

i left work early today [there was nothing to do. and my brother's friend, beatrice is visiting and shes leaving tomorrow, so i wanted to play]. when mello got back to the room neither one of us wanted to do anything school related and is was SO pretty outside. so we decided to take Beatrice to st. joe. it was a short trip, we just grabbed a bite to eat at Tosi's. it was a nice break from everything.

i ate a grilled panini with mozzarella, tomatoes, and pesto sauce. yum, delicious.








yes, im wearing my laker shirt. they blew away the spurs yesterday, once again it was amazing.
